Most of our customers send a list of OE numbers rather than a single part. Here is exactly what happens after you send it.
WhatsApp or email your OE numbers, engine models or a photo of the old part. An Excel sheet or a photo of a handwritten list is fine — no special form needed.
Every number is checked against our catalogue and the engine or vehicle application. If a number is ambiguous, we come back with a question instead of guessing.
The quotation lists the part numbers, quantity, unit price and packing. Ask for any number of items in one quotation — mixed orders are normal.
Once confirmed, parts are prepared, packed for export and shipped. We share packing details and shipping documents with each order.
